Accept crypto payments in Blesta with MakePay

The MakePay Blesta gateway is built for hosting providers and service teams that want clients to pay Blesta invoices through hosted crypto checkout.

Blesta is invoice-led billing software. It manages clients, services, invoices, taxes, and recurring billing. MakePay fits into that workflow as a non-merchant gateway that creates a hosted crypto checkout link for each invoice.

The client chooses MakePay, opens the hosted checkout page, and Blesta receives a signed callback when the payment status changes.

How MakePay maps to Blesta invoices

The gateway receives Blesta invoice details, creates a MakePay payment link with invoice and client metadata, and shows a Pay with MakePay button in the client area.

When MakePay reports a completed payment, the gateway verifies the callback signature and returns a Blesta transaction record for the invoice.

Recurring invoices stay in Blesta

Blesta remains the source of truth for service renewals, invoice generation, tax calculations, and provisioning automation.

Each renewal invoice generated by Blesta can be paid through the same hosted MakePay checkout flow.

Operations and recovery

Use Connect MakePay for normal setup, then run a test invoice from a client account before enabling the gateway publicly.

If the billing domain changes, reconnect MakePay so callback and return URLs match the live Blesta installation.
