Senior Product Designer / UX Designer
Design merchant payment experiences from first setup to settlement.
This role owns UX for MakePay's merchant dashboard, checkout flows, wallet experiences, and payment operations. You will turn crypto payment complexity into calm, professional product journeys.

- Create durable product patterns for wallet selection, payment status, fees, and settlement.
- Give MakePay a design standard that feels credible in fintech and crypto markets.
What you will own
- Lead UX design for merchant dashboard workflows, hosted checkout, payment links, and wallet-related flows.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction specs, and production-ready UI details.
- Partner with engineering and product to validate states, edge cases, and launch quality.
What you bring
- Strong product design experience across SaaS, fintech, commerce, or technical workflows.
- Excellent interaction design judgment for forms, dashboards, onboarding, and status-heavy interfaces.
- Ability to simplify complex systems without hiding important merchant decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto wallets, checkout, payment gateways, billing, or merchant operations.
- Research experience with founders, finance teams, developers, or support teams.
- Comfort contributing to design-system components and product copy.
First 90 days
- Redesign or improve one high-impact merchant workflow with clear rationale and implementation support.
- Map the key MakePay payment states and define UX patterns for each.
- Create a design review rhythm that helps engineering ship polished product work.
