Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Turn MakePay's digital channels into a reliable merchant acquisition system.

This role owns the day-to-day digital marketing programs that bring merchants into the MakePay funnel. You will improve SEO, landing pages, paid channels, analytics, and conversion paths with a practical bias toward qualified demand.

  • Increase qualified merchant traffic and conversion across MakePay's website, campaigns, and acquisition channels.
  • Improve visibility into which channels, pages, and messages create real sales opportunities.
  • Create a stronger experimentation habit across SEO, paid search, paid social, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.

What you will own

  • Manage SEO, paid media, landing page testing, analytics dashboards, campaign tracking, and funnel improvements.
  • Coordinate with design, content, product, and sales to create campaigns that match merchant needs and sales feedback.
  • Monitor acquisition performance and recommend practical changes to spend, targeting, copy, creative, and conversion flows.

What you bring

  • Digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, crypto, or another performance-sensitive category.
  • Hands-on strength with SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, conversion rate optimization, and campaign measurement.
  • Ability to explain marketing performance clearly and turn data into practical next steps.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or SEO platforms.
  • Knowledge of merchant checkout, payment acceptance, crypto payments, stablecoins, or developer-led buying journeys.
  • Comfort writing briefs for landing pages, ads, search content, email sequences, or sales enablement assets.

First 90 days

  • Audit digital acquisition channels and identify the first conversion, tracking, and SEO improvements.
  • Create a weekly digital performance dashboard that sales and marketing can actually use.
  • Ship a landing page or campaign experiment aimed at a specific merchant segment.
