Performance Marketing Manager

Scale paid acquisition for US merchants with disciplined experimentation.

This role owns MakePay's US performance marketing across paid channels, conversion measurement, campaign testing, and acquisition economics. You will build a testing system that helps the company learn which merchant segments are worth scaling.

  • Create clearer measurement from impression to lead, opportunity, activation, and revenue signal.
  • Accelerate go-to-market learning by testing segments, messages, offers, and landing pages in a structured way.

What you will own

  • Manage paid search, paid social, retargeting, campaign tracking, creative testing, and channel reporting for the US market.
  • Build experiments around audience segments, value propositions, landing pages, funnel steps, and sales handoff quality.
  • Work with marketing, sales, design, and analytics to connect paid performance with real pipeline outcomes.

What you bring

  • Performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, crypto, or another measurable growth environment.
  • Hands-on ability to manage paid campaigns, analyze CAC and conversion metrics, and improve tracking quality.
  • Strong testing discipline with comfort making budget decisions from imperfect but useful data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, retargeting, attribution tools, or marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with US merchant services, payment gateways, checkout products, stablecoins, or crypto finance.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales on lead quality, source reporting, and account-based campaign ideas.

First 90 days

  • Audit current US paid acquisition setup, tracking quality, creative, audiences, and conversion handoffs.
  • Launch a focused testing plan across two or three priority merchant segments.
  • Create a performance report that ties spend to qualified leads, sales feedback, and activation potential.
