Middle East Sales Executive
Turn Middle East merchant interest into MakePay revenue.
This role drives merchant acquisition and regional closing across the Middle East from Dubai. You will work close to founders and regional partners to identify high-potential merchants, explain MakePay's payment value, and move opportunities toward launch.

- Build a strong regional merchant pipeline across ecommerce, digital services, travel, luxury, crypto, and high-value commerce.
- Improve MakePay's local sales playbook for UAE and broader Middle East buyer expectations.
- Create partner and referral motion that supports faster trust-building in regional markets.
What you will own
- Prospect, qualify, demo, and close Middle East merchant opportunities with disciplined follow-up.
- Develop regional partner relationships, referral channels, and co-selling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast visibility, buyer notes, and feedback for product, marketing, and support.
What you bring
- Sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, ecommerce, crypto, merchant services, or financial products.
- Strong relationship-building skills with comfort selling to founders, finance teams, ecommerce leaders, and operators.
- Ability to manage a regional pipeline with urgency, professionalism, and clear commercial judgment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in the UAE, GCC, or broader Middle East business environment.
- Arabic language ability or an existing network across regional merchants, agencies, fintechs, or crypto companies.
- Familiarity with crypto payments, payment links, merchant settlement, wallets, or checkout conversion.
First 90 days
- Build a priority account and partner list for the first Middle East sales segments.
- Run a consistent outreach, discovery, demo, and follow-up cadence with clear pipeline reporting.
- Identify the top regional objections and help marketing and product respond with stronger materials.
