HR / Talent Acquisition Manager
Build the hiring system for MakePay's next stage.
This role owns talent acquisition, candidate experience, onboarding, HR operations, and relocation support for MakePay's Dubai-led hiring plan. You will help the company hire experienced people without making the process feel slow, vague, or improvised.

- Create HR and onboarding processes that help new teammates become productive quickly.
- Support visa, relocation, offer, documentation, and people operations needs as MakePay scales.
What you will own
- Manage role intake, sourcing, recruiter coordination, screening, interview process, offer support, and candidate communication.
- Build onboarding workflows, HR documentation, employee records, relocation coordination, and people operations basics.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify scorecards, interview plans, compensation ranges, and decision criteria.
What you bring
- Talent acquisition, HR, people operations, or recruiting experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, payments, or technology startups.
- Strong candidate communication, process management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, confidentiality, and compliance in a scaling hiring environment.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring engineering, product, support, sales, marketing, compliance, or finance roles.
- Knowledge of Dubai or UAE employment, visa, relocation, payroll, and onboarding practices.
- Comfort building lightweight HR systems, talent dashboards, offer workflows, and interviewer training materials.
First 90 days
- Audit open roles, hiring process, candidate pipeline, interview quality, and onboarding materials.
- Create a hiring dashboard and role intake process for MakePay's priority positions.
- Improve candidate experience and onboarding for the next wave of Dubai and regional hires.
