Head of Product
Set the product direction for MakePay's merchant platform.
This role leads product strategy for MakePay across payment links, checkout, merchant dashboard, subscriptions, customer portal, integrations, and go-to-market readiness. You will define what the product becomes as the team scales.

- Create a product strategy that balances merchant adoption, technical depth, and operational quality.
- Improve how MakePay chooses, sequences, launches, and measures product work.

What you will own
- Own product strategy, roadmap structure, discovery systems, prioritization, and launch discipline.
- Lead product managers and partner with design, engineering, support, sales, and leadership.
- Define success metrics and decision frameworks for core payment, dashboard, and integration workflows.
What you bring
- Product leadership experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, commerce, crypto, or developer platforms.
- Strong judgment around product strategy, customer discovery, technical constraints, and commercial tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with founders, engineers, designers, and market-facing teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with merchant payment gateways, wallet products, subscription systems, or API platforms.
- Background leading product across multiple regions or customer segments.
- Comfort with data, support signals, qualitative research, and technical product details.
First 90 days
- Define a product operating model for discovery, roadmap planning, delivery, and post-launch learning.
- Create a prioritized view of MakePay's highest-leverage merchant workflows.
- Align leadership on product bets for the next hiring and growth phase.
