Growth Marketing Lead

Design the growth loops that move merchants from interest to active payment volume.

This role leads MakePay's growth marketing across acquisition experiments, lifecycle campaigns, SEO, paid channels, activation, and funnel learning. You will connect marketing activity with product usage and revenue outcomes across Dubai and US-led growth motions.

  • Create a more measurable path from visitor, lead, and demo request to activated merchant and payment volume.
  • Build growth experiments that combine channel, product, lifecycle, and sales insights.
  • Help MakePay scale acquisition without depending on one-off campaigns or founder-led outreach alone.

What you will own

  • Own growth experiments across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, SEO, paid media, landing pages, and nurture journeys.
  • Define metrics, hypotheses, test plans, and reporting that connect growth activity to merchant outcomes.
  • Partner with product, sales, design, support, and analytics to remove funnel friction and improve conversion quality.

What you bring

  • Growth marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, ecommerce, crypto, marketplaces, or another data-driven B2B environment.
  • Strong command of experimentation, funnel analytics, acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and conversion strategy.
  • Ability to operate strategically while still being hands-on with campaigns, copy, dashboards, and prioritization.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing merchant products, payment gateways, crypto infrastructure, developer-led tools, or financial platforms.
  • Comfort working across Dubai, US, and remote teams with different regional acquisition motions.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM data, product analytics, SEO tools, and paid channel platforms.

First 90 days

  • Map the current acquisition and activation funnel, including data gaps and handoff friction.
  • Launch a prioritized growth testing roadmap with clear success criteria and owner visibility.
  • Ship one lifecycle or activation experiment that helps more qualified merchants reach live usage.
