Enterprise Sales Manager (Crypto)
Win strategic merchants and crypto-native enterprises for MakePay.
This role owns high-value enterprise sales across large merchants, payment platforms, crypto companies, and strategic partners. You will manage complex opportunities where product fit, trust, compliance, technical depth, and commercial structure all matter.
Why this role matters
- Build and close enterprise opportunities that can materially increase MakePay payment volume and market credibility.
- Create a repeatable strategic sales motion for complex buyers with technical, commercial, and compliance stakeholders.
- Help product and leadership prioritize enterprise needs based on real deal requirements.
What you will own
- Source, qualify, manage, negotiate, and close enterprise sales opportunities across key global markets.
- Run discovery, stakeholder mapping, mutual action plans, commercial proposals, and executive-level follow-up.
- Coordinate technical support, product, compliance, finance, success, and leadership resources for strategic accounts.
What you bring
- Enterprise sales experience in fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS infrastructure, ecommerce platforms, or financial technology.
- Track record managing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, procurement steps, risk questions, and executive sponsors.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance customer urgency, product reality, and company priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience selling payment gateways, stablecoin infrastructure, wallet integrations, merchant acquiring, or crypto payment products.
- Existing network across large merchants, crypto companies, fintech platforms, marketplaces, or global payment teams.
- Comfort working across Dubai, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, EU, and remote enterprise accounts.
First 90 days
- Define the strategic account profile, target list, deal qualification criteria, and enterprise sales process.
- Advance the first priority enterprise opportunities with clear mutual plans and internal owner alignment.
- Document enterprise objections, feature needs, and packaging signals for leadership and product.
